Payment Plans

Paying your tuition in one payment might feel overwhelming – we offer students a payment plan to spread out payments into three installments.

Payment plans are offered for fall, spring, and summer semesters. You will be charged a one-time $10.00 non-refundable fee to enroll in a payment plan.

  • Use the Payment Plan Estimator to estimate what your payment dates and amounts will be.
  • Enroll in a payment plan by logging into MyPima, go to Register & Pay, and use MyAccountManager.

Please note: If you are receiving financial aid, you do not need to enter into a payment plan. If you choose to, you will need to make monthly payments until your aid is disbursed to your student account. Any remaining credit will be refunded to you.

Payment deadlines

Payment plans make paying for college easier. Avoid incurring extra fees by paying your bill on time.

The Summer 2021 Term Payment Plan due dates are:

  • April 15, 2021
  • May 14, 2021
  • June 15, 2021

The Fall 2021 Term Payment Plan due dates are:

  • July 15, 2021
  • September 15, 2021
  • October 15, 2021

Payment Plan requirements and options:

The amount you owe in each installment will vary depending on your enrollment date.

  • If you enroll before the payment deadline, you will need a down payment of 10% of the total charges plus the $10 non-refundable enrollment fee.
  • If you enroll after the payment deadline, you will need to pay a down payment of 10% of the total charges due, the $10 non-refundable enrollment fee, and any missed payments.

You can enroll in a payment plan from the first day of registration until the final payment plan payment due date. If you have not already enrolled in a payment plan by that date, any classes added must be paid in full at the time you register.

If you add or drop a course after you enroll in the payment plan, your payments will automatically recalculate. Late or unsuccessful payments are subject to a $25 fee.

The following expenses are not covered by the payment plan:

Pima reserves the right to drop unpaid registrations at any time without prior notice.
